Why not Consolidated Resorts? I hear they have a dozen or so to liquidate. According to hotelmags.com “Wyndham Worldwide is on the lookout for struggling resorts and leisure hotels that might be prime candidates for conversion into timeshare product, CEO Stephen Holmes says.”
Wyndham Vacation Ownership is in a good position with their recent rally in the stock market. They may be in an enviable position to buy up struggling timeshare resorts. If they do, they would be adding to an already impressive list as seen in my last two posts here. Either way, if they add more resorts, that would be good for current Wyndham timeshare owners. More choices to spend their million points on. Yes, there are some Wyndham owners who have over a million points. I talked with one today . . .
After looking over the Wyndham list, it looks like they could use some more Mexico and Caribbean timeshares. Why not?
Yes but if they add more resorts, that would be good for current Wyndham timeshare owners. And also about consulting the right one i mean property regarding the timeshare rentals or else timeshare sales. Thank you.
