We just received all the closing paperwork for a Marriott Newport Coast Villas timeshare in Carlsbad California. Actually, three of them in one day! One happy owner from Arizona was able to sell their three weeks with Marriott Vacation Club to our buyer from Texas. This was a great deal for both buyer and seller – each getting what they wanted and needed, and at the right price.
