Marriott's Grande Vista Timeshare
The number one best selling timeshare on the secondary market is Sheraton’s Vistana Orlando. For the period of this study, hundreds of individually owned timeshares at Sheraton’s Vistana Orlando were sold – every week, every season, every type.
Coming in second was the largest timeshare development in North America, Orange Lake Country Club – Holiday Inn Club Vacations. A favorite among vacationers in Florida, Orange Lake Country Club has activities and amenities to please people of all ages.
HGVClub at Sea World Orlando takes the third slot in this lineup. This timeshare resort takes on a Bermuda seaside village theme. Hilton Grand Vacation Club timeshare resorts have a fabulous reputation and are often purchased by those who already own timeshares through the Hilton family of resorts.
At Marriott’s Cypress Harbour timeshare resort in Orlando, whether you own platinum or gold you’ll definitely enjoy the famous service and luxury that goes with the Marriott experience. Marriott’s Cypress Harbour is steadily gaining ground on the top three on this list.
Marriott’s Grande Vista timeshare resort takes the fifth place in this top ten list. In addition to golf, private balconies, and the tropical central pool area, it is centrally located to all the attractions Orlando has to offer.
Rounding out the top ten list are Westgate Vacation Villas, Sheraton’s Vistana Villages, Wyndham Cypress Palms, Vacation Villas at Fantasy World, and Cypress Pointe Resort.
This list represents a diverse set of resorts all in Orlando the “timeshare capital of the world.” We recently stayed at Cypress Pointe Resort and were again satisfied. Cypress Pointe is now a Diamond resort and although it’s a “seasoned” resort it definitely maintains many nice amenities and large units. The resort features a great location and onsite store which carries about everything a vacationer needs. This location provides easy access to all Disney has to offer as well as both nearby convention centers including Orange County Convention Center and Marriott’s World Center. For the golfing enthusiasts, many golf courses surround the resort as well.
This was great to hear that somone has resold hundreds of resales in Orange Lake or Vistana for the people, not the developers.
