Good News! Yes, sales are up and sales prices have increased 20%. Where is this happening? At a new timeshare resort in Breckenridge Colorado. Grand Lodge, developed by the same group as Grand Timber Lodge, is selling quickly. The Aspen Times interviewed co-owner Rob Millisor who said that the second phase of Grand Lodge will be completed in December and is already 35% sold out. In 2008 they hosted about 10,000 tours – brought in by their offer of a two night mini vacation.
When the Grand Lodge is completed it will offer 114 two bedroom lockoff units and 4 one bedroom units. The average ski weeks cost about $100,000 and the off season weeks are priced at around $30,000.
Breckenridge is an awesome destination all year round and it is no surprise that they are doing well in selling the Grand Lodge timeshare resort properties. As I write this it is 7 degrees and snowing in Breckenridge. The forecast high for the day is 20 degrees with moderate winds. March usually brings a good amount of snow and is great for the last push of the year for ski resorts.
Judging from our own brisk sales of ski timeshares, and sales at Grand Lodge, ski timeshares are selling and reselling well! Give us a call to get your ski timeshare week sold, or buy a Colorado ski timeshare at a serious discount!
