From recent real sales data comes this hot list of the top selling Hawaii timeshares. These timeshares were sold by Stroman Realty, Inc. and only include timeshare resorts on the big island of Hawaii. Later I’ll post a list of Maui’s top selling timeshare resorts.
The number one best selling Hawaii timeshare (on the resales market) is presently Bay Club at Waikoloa Resort timeshare. This lovely Gold Crown resort is located on the Kohala Coast of the big island of Hawaii. The grounds are magnificently landscaped with waterfalls and tropical garden walkways throughout the property.
Kona Coast Resort Timeshare
Coming in second and fourth is Kona Coast Resort II and Kona Coast Resort I timeshare. Also on the big island, Kona Coast Resort amenities include recreation building, exercise room, restaurant and bar, sauna, whirlpools, volleyball court, two outdoor swimming pools and barbecue facilities.

Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort – A member of the Wyndham resorts, Kona Hawaiian is located on the big island of Hawaii and is styled after an 1880 Hawaiian village. The property is a themed purpose built resort with archaeological sites on the property.
Rounding out the top ten list are Mauna Loa Village by the Sea, Shell Vacations Kona Coast II, Royal Aloha Keauhou-Kona, Kona Billfisher, and Shell Vacation Club at Paniolo Greens.
